No deliveries, yet again!

Roadworks halfway down our road but the road is fully accessible from both ends. They have failed two deliveries 3 times, with one delivery having no follow up at all, because "the driveway was inaccessible." The roadworks are about 100 yards away from my house and I have received 6 other deliveries in the last two days! And they wonder why people use DPD or other services!

This 5 stars review goes to Anne - a RM personel who went above and beyond to help me to find and deliver my orders that were marked as delivered while they weren't. While the whole RM is a joke at the moment and is no longer reliable service as it used to be, people like Anne are those rare diamonds that save the whole system from collaps. Thank you Anne! Conflicting opening times on Google so making it difficult to know when you can collect a parcel. And going on the off-chance they may be open isn't worth it because of the parking problem. Shame because our posties are lovely.

Keep saying my address is inexcusable learn how to press the buzzer,paid for delivery,yet they have not delivered and took it back to sorting office,come back phill a real pro postman.

Royal Mail's website claims they will 'always' try to deliver to a neighbour when you are out, yet they NEVER do, instead you can either go and get it from the sorting office or wait TWO days before they can be bothered to try again... what a joke.Every other courier manages to give you the option to either leave it in a safe place, deliver to a neighbour or at least come again the next day but for this lot that's too much to ask.
