Tried phoning the chemist approx 10 times a day for about a week - no-one picks the phone up! Wanted to find out where my prescription was, as it was supposed to have been dispensed to Reigate Boots two weeks ago, but having been there twice, it has not been sent there. Having to head to the hospital now and join their mammoth queue to hopefully pick it up, and pay for the car park.

The man who had trouble understanding my question spoken in plain English, told me I could collect my prescription at another boots!! WRONG!! The que was out of the pharmacy in to the corridor. Prescription and other items que was mixed into one LONG line. The wait was extremely off putting, I'd rather go without or wait for my GP to get an update.

Absolutely terrible service had to wait over an hour for two items. Took longer than my consultation that was on time . Great service from hospital poor service from boots. Never use them again.

Dreadful experience with the most miserable and unhelpful cashier I have ever experienced. This morning I queued with a prescription sent by my consultant with instructions to collect before my appointment today. She refused my medicine because it was on a green slip and not grey. I explained I needed it for an appointment today? No apology, no explanation on what to do, just told me she wouldn?t accept it and I needed another one. I left the pharmacy with no idea what I was supposed to do so attended my appointment without my medication. No doctor was available to prescribe my medication so I was sent to the pregnancy clinic to find a doctor. As a 34 year old woman undergoing a hysterectomy, I was absolutely devastated to be sent to a pregnancy clinic all because boots wouldn?t accept my prescription for being on the wrong coloured paper! No service with a smile here, not even a ?hello, how can I help? I was met by a miserable, formidable woman who offered absolutely no empathy or kindness and truly should not be working in a hospital!

Absolutely dismal service, I saw my Doctor 3 days ago and still have not obtained in stock medication which is required to assist me to breath. I called them the first day, they advised all good come in, I turned up and waited 1 hour and they said they cannot find it and moved me out of the Que. Seriously terrible my village chemist is outstanding these guys are useless

The worst pharmacy let alone the worst in hospital pharmacy. No clear queue for shopping, dropping off a prescription or collecting medication. Min 1 hour waiting time to collect medication. They never answer the phone so don?t bother trying to call. I live 2 hours away and can?t get through, they were supposed to call me last week to tell me it?s ready and they haven?t so I?m sat here with no medication and will have to make the 2 hour trip just to find out.

Not happy as was told by the hospital, you have to go to this particular pharmacy as the prescription is only valid here. Half an hour wait, to collect, then told did not have one is stock and would need to be ordered. They asked if I would like to collect again from here or at a local Boots, that seemed the sensible choice as I don't live local to the hospital. Appointment was sat and Tue still no message or call, went to my local Boots. Who where also not interested, their comment was nothing to do with us, you need to speak to the Boots at the hospital. Called them after 3 tries over an hour, finally answered! Was then told that the medication was only ordered yesterday (Mon) due to the weekend, there was no mention of this at the time I was there, and asked when it would be available to me, was told, it should arrive tomorrow and then will be sent on to my local Boots, and should be available to collect Fri or Sat!! So a week after the original med was perceived, so if this was urgent medication, I would still be waiting a week!! This medication was to be taken in conjunction with three others, so should I've been taking the others?? Very disappointed with the service and the hospital for forcing patients to go to one particular pharmacy.

This is the worst hospital pharmacy I?ve ever come across. The customer service is POOR they have a senseless system of a 30 min wait when you hand in your prescription ( which you can?t get anywhere else either). I am heavily pregnant and was told to wait in the extremely long queue by the most rude and insensitive customer assistant called MATT who clearly doesn?t know that heavily pregnant people do not need to stand and wait in long queues they can be moved to the front automatically! Anyway I waited in this long queue to hand in my prescription and was told I had to wait 30 mins to collect. After 30 mins I went to the till to collect only to be told they don?t have it in stock and I?ll need to have it ordered in which takes a few days! Bare in mind I had accumulated an extra hour in total waiting for this which makes things worse as the car park is now £4.50 per hour! I needed this medication urgently and had no other means to get the dose required for that day. Luckily a different lovely customer assistant agreed to give me 2 half doses until the order arrived in a few days. For such a large hospital the pharmacy is EXTREMELY POORLY RUN AND UNDERSTAFFED.There is also always a long queue of cars waiting to get into the small hospital car park which is always rammed.I always have an awful experience at Boots here- it?s just terrible and needs to be structured.

Always short staff.Min 10min wait just to get a drink or snack. No dedicated till for shopping. You have to wait all the prescriptions and medication collections. 1 till for everything. No automatic payment till. This shop needs a new MANAGER!

As a hospital pharmacy, they are very busy, so 100% support that. However, it is not cool when you get an appointment that ends as the pharmacy closes and you can't take your prescription elsewhere.

Rubbish customer service at boots in east Surrey hospital, they did not had complete medication for 7 days and ask us to pick it from other store next day but then when chased said it will take another day to deliver.

Sometimes the wait for prescriptions can be ridiculous and queuing can be a pain
