I am visually impaired and am usually reluctant to request help but today I thought I would enquire whether somebody could help me. I was very well received by Stacey who immediately understood my problem and offered to do my shopping for me. When she had found the items she brought back a selection of goods in various price ranges which I found very helpful indeed. Normally assistants take the most expensive products off the shelf and expect me to buy those but not on this occasion. I was offered a special promotion at only £1 which was truly a good buy. This made my shopping experience extremely pleasant and I congratulate Stacey on her professionalism and exeperience in dealing with dissability.
