What is wrong with this lady? She kept a shop of 6 customers waiting while she chatted on the phone with her friend. If there was an award for the worst pharmacist ever, she would win it.

The old lady does not know how to behave. She is very rude with customers. She needs to retire asap and save us from the hostility towards customers.

Very rude lady. Obnoxious and arrogant. She acts like she is doing you a favour. We waited in there for 30 mins whilst she decided to do a phone order complaining about the prices of products she orders in. She is ignorant beyond belief and no one within our regiment will be using her again.

Check her prices before paying. I was charged over £17 for a product. Didn?t get a receipt, so cannot confirm exactly what I paid. I checked online and I can buy it for £9.99. I have bought it at other pharmacies and paid more but no more than £12.99. As I was desperate I did not go back but know from others it would have been pointless as she refuses to refund.

Very rude, slow service and would not recommend this place. There is a better more helpful pharmacy 3 mins drive from here use that instead.

The eldery lady is very unprofessional. She treated a young lady, in the front of me very bad.She was asking very polite to check her prescription from last weekend. The lady farmacist didn't bother to search because is not two working days. The young lady asked to search because she forgot when last week asked for prescription. The grumpy lady said to come back in two days .For me she prepared the antibiotic directly from tap water. I know you must use water who was boiled and cooled down.Also asked to give me a seringe because my boy doesn't take it from the spoon. She refused to give because she doesn't have it. After I showed her two she said one pound. And NHS doesn't give it free.It is very rude . Until now all othe farmacist give it free and sometimes they asked me how the kid take it with spoon or with the seringe.Poor never come back.

The pharmacist here is always wonderful and so so helpful. The only thing I will say is to make sure 1pm to 2pm is marked closed every day, this was quite annoying to see after arriving there at 13:10

Zero stars for sure! Illegal practices by applying surcharges on card machine, and the rudest person ever. It doesn?t matter how many people are in the shop, this woman just goes for it. Obviously very unhappy in her job, should have retired ages ago. Awful, dirty, grubby place filled with old stuff.

I absolutely love this lady. Doesn?t stand for any nonsense from anyone. Been in this business for decades and often has meds that others have problems getting. She has also provided my elderly mother with consistent care regarding her prescriptions and well-being. Hands down better than other pharmacies in this area.

Zero stars if I could. Called to ask how much a specific medicine would be for a private vetinary prescription and the answer I got was "I don't know, never heard of it". Every other pharmacy I've spoken to has happily looked up this information for me, told me how long it would take to get in, how to mix it ect ect but not this one, when I asked if they would be so kind to find out the price I got "no I'm a bit busy at the moment". Lovely.Avoid if you need any kind of help or advice.

I have never been treated in such a rude manner, never in my life! I don't usually leave reviews but the lady working there 'made my day'. She doesn't care about customer service at all, she's rude by default, she doesn't need a reason to be rude. Make yourself a favour and avoid this place!

Have had a few dealings with this Pharmacy over the years and it is by far the WORST business, not just Pharmacy in Redhill.Twice, we paid for prescriptions only to be fined by the NHS for fraudulently claiming we were in reciept of free prescrptions. Both were overturned once proof was submitted. Seemed odd it only happened at this Pharmacy.Recently the poison dwarf insisted on taking my card to pay for an item and didn't tell me she will charge an extra 60p to pay by card. Disohnesty is not something I'd expect from a Pharmacist and reinforces my suspicions regarding the previous fines.She has kicked people out to close early after chatting on the phone for 15 mins or just shouts at customers for nothing.A trully horrid woman who runs a grubby, untrustworthy Pharmacy. AVOID!
