Excellent service. Unfortunately we were not at home for the delivery but driver phoned us and carefully stacked at the side of our house out of sight.

We received the worst customer service I have ever received from this branch. We specifically asked for Ogee style window (in writing) the manager Kamil input the incorrect information on the quote (style 1 Ogee, style 2 chamfered) and we were sent out the wrong style window. He would not own up to his mistake and said it?s our fault for not picking up on this and going ahead with the quote. After speaking to a higher up manager he finally agreed the fault was his but still didn?t offer a replacement and expected us to pay for another window. I?ve bought many doors and windows over the years as a builder and this was the first time going to this branch. I will never shop in this branch again. It should not be the clients job to check you?ve done your job correctly.
