Remember when you could buy things for a DIY project in a place where staff were helpful and friendly and actually knew what they were talking about? Remember when three foot of warped plank didn't cost you £25? Remember when you didn't have to queue up at the till while someone in front of you spent and hour and a half trying to decide between petunias and clematis? If you want lumber come here.
