Not recommend at all...rude staff.I went to buy a car and start to ask questions about past MOTs woman said that she wont sell anything to me if I ask silly questions.I thing they are hiding something...check all MOTs before you buy...

Went to purchase a second hand car from the garage. But there was a fault with the back door.They wouldn't fix the car before purchase, and were going to charge me extra to fix the problem with the car.Would not recommend, wont be going back. Ever

Beware: hidden charges not revealed until after 'diagnosis'Took my car there for diagnosis. At no point was I told I would be charged and had no idea I would be. Seems highly unusual to be charged to quote for some work!When I complained the rude receptionist simply overspoke me, would not listen and just kept repeating 'we normally charge for this'. She did not hear that I was telling her they should advise the customer its chargeable. As my unhappiness grew I told her she was being a stupid women and she hung up!It's a shame as we have used them for numerous cars but the 'lady' in reception needs firing. Her customer service skills are non existant. Little garages like this need to keep customers on side as there are plenty of other garages in the area!Needless to say they have just lost my entire families work!

Booked a MOT check and failed due to faulty mirror indicator and to fixed they are asking £200...I fixed my self in 20 min. for £17!AVOID AVOID

I just picked up my Renault Kangoo from Three Arch Garage in Redhill, Surrey and am delighted with their service. A warning light had come on and I was well over the mileage when the service should have been done so I was very worried that there would be a big bill.There was not, my battery was just low as I only do very short journeys and the price on the full service was very good also.The young, pleasant receptionist took her time to explain everything to me and I am also impressed by the paperwork where they tick all the boxes of every item that was checked and seen to.The thoroughness of their Technician Ryan is impressive and I am recommending their business to anyone whom has a car!Oh, the reason I didn't go to my usual garage Renault in Croydon was that I had to wait several weeks (3) before it could be seen and I needed it asap, especially as I am going on holiday to Amsterdam with my car soon.Here at this garage they could see me within a few days and it is also not far from my house, so it made sense.I will from now have my car serviced here.Thank you very much!

Dropped my car off early this morning for an mot and full service. I?ve just passed my test and got my first car so this is all a new experience for me, all the staff at the garage could not have been more helpful, I can highly recommend three arch and will definitely be back next year. WISH I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I BOOKEDUsed them for my MOT which was fine but for repairs and diagnostics they are terrible.Despite asking, before booking in if they could provide print outs of fault codes for my vehicle and being told yes, it turns out they cannot.In the absence of a print out my warranty company said they would accept a photo for the damaged parts but they refused as they said they have no cameras on site, other than the mechanics personal phones and they wouldn't do that. I asked why and was told "because we are not a charity".They then said they would take a photo at a cost of £90 which is not normal in my opinion. Most warranty companies and insurance companies require photos as a standard practice`but they tried to tell me this had never been requested before so would have to charge me for their additional time taking it.The receptionist was exceptionally rude and really is in the wrong job.Lesson learned I guess, read reviews before handing over your keys.Services: Electrical repair

Changing my previous review due to a recent experience. I took my car in due to a noisy brake pads. I said i thought it was the rear but unsure. They quoted just over £300 and I agreed to have the work done.They then called to say the discs and callipers needed replacing and I agreed to have the work done. The price now had doubled. I agreed and let them do the work. I had a call saying the work was done but the front discs were noisy and quoted me another £300+ for the work which I refused and said it must have been the fronts that where the problem and why hadn't they checked them both on initial inspection. The receptionist admitted the rear pads were low but not worn out! I can't know for sure whether the replacement of the rear brake parts was necessary or not but I'm doubtful.Anyway I took my car to a mechanic I usually use that hadn't be available that week and he changed the front pads and discs for £138.Needless to say i won't be using Three Arches again.

First time a garage has charged £45 just to look at a car without doing any repairs.I explained that I literally have no money right now and the £10 in my wallet was to buy milk for my kids. Receptionist took my £10 plus the £14 left in my bank and basically told me she has kids to feed as well... Rude receptionist and no sympathy.The ironic thing is that my NHS work colleagues recommended this garage. I'll go back to my old one as they would have at least had a heart for my current financial situation! Powdered milk for the kids I guess. :(

Very bad experience. I gave them my car to change brake pads. I have paid for the service and when I collected my car there was a loud squeaking noise when using the brake!!When I returned it back to them they didn?t fix their fault and the lady in the reception was very rude to me, hung up the phone on me when I was discussing their fault. They didn?t want to fix the problem except if I pay more money to change the disc while there was no noise just before fixing the new pads!! I wanted to make a formal complaint, the rude lady told me that she?s the manager and the complaint will come to her at the end of the day. I don?t recommend them at all.Service: Brakes

We bought a Fiesta at Christmas time and have been very satisfied and happy with the car and service we received from Three Arch garage. Thoroughly recommended.

Had a mot on Friday, I asked beforehand if the car failed would I get a free retest they said yes as long as it doesn?t fail on brakes or suspension then ring back up once the work has been carried out to rebook just to be told that?s it?s a half price retest fee.
