I'm not sure what is going on here, but more often than not there is nobody manning the tills. You can shout 'til you are blue in the face but no-one will appear. Twice this last week I've left money on the till for the items as no show from staff. Also if you go for a specific item (scotch egg, broccoli, ham, cheese, steak, eggs, bread, you know, ordinary stuff) It's not there. Used to be a good place to walk to but not any more as you then need to walk home empty handed and get car for Tesco! Staff are generally very friendly hence 2 stars.
