Chloe has been fantastic when dealing with an urgent issue in our rented house. The fact she was calm and supportive was appreciated, and Hamptons are lucky to have her! Hamptons are very professional and easy to live under!

She and her colleagues have always gone above and beyond to help and guide through various processes involved in their management of my property. Update:1 year later, relocating again to different area, my house manager Chloe Powell has been supportive, Julia again from reigate office has helped me with referencing and making process smooth. Our check out clerk Momina again has been in touch and explained process! Thank you Hamptons!??-I was looking for a house to rent, relocating from Dubai back to England, I found the house before making the big move and all made possible with professional team at Hamptons international! Julia from Hamptons, very professional; from day one we had a phone call, she arranged online viewings, organised the paperwork and everything done professionally. Trusted and helped alot, I will happily use them for future home searches and confidentially recommend them all the time to friends and family!

Sadly, we didn't find our rental property through Hamptons, but that wasn't for lack of trying. In particular, Jessica was incredibly helpful, enthusiastic and professional. She stayed in contact with us throughout our search period. We searched for around six months and exchanged hundreds of emails with various agents but I have to say that Jessica was by far and away the most helpful and genuinely made us feel like we were on her radar for when the right property with our very particular requirements came up. Renting through Hamptons has been such a pleasure! Very professional and organised! Jessica, who was at the forefront of helping myself and my husband throughout this process was such a delight! Jessica went above and beyond. When I?ve been busy at work, Jessica ensure I had visiting slots booked and ready before confirming. I found that this really helped. Her coordination and management skills are on point- definitely an amazing leader in lettings! Jessica continued to communicate exceptionally well throughout the whole process, start to finish and throughout onboarding. I?ve been renting for the past 10 years more or less and letting through Hamptons has been the best experience yet. Couldn?t thank Jessica and the team enough for all the support provided!

I felt compelled to write a review about Hamptons Lettings and especially their property management team. Jessica Wales has done such a great job advising us on the market and where and when to pitch the right rental price. I'm especially grateful to Alex Morse. She is incredibly responsive, diligent and looks after things with great care and insight. I am truly blessed to have Hamptons Letting and Property Management onside and can't recommend them highly enough.

Hamptons was very professional from start to finish. Particularly their staff member Jessica Wales who project managed the whole onboarding process as we haven't rented in a long time. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the rental market. During the duration of our tenancy nothing was too much for her. When we had any complaints regarding the property and if anything needed fixing it was dealt with promptly. Towards the end of our tenancy, the process was very smooth. They helped us with regards to the areas that needed cleaning and we got professional cleaners to come in. Hamptons have different departments and they worked with us to ensure we got our deposit back. I would highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking to rent or anyone who has a house to rent out.
