Extremely unhelpful member of staff who would not help a young Mother exchange an unused item in your Reigate store last week. I believe it was a gift & she had no gift receipt.Poor customer service as the other two staff members just looked on!I walked out vowing not to use JoJoMaman Bebe in the future for my Grandchildren.Customer training is clearly essential at this Reigate store!
