Do not use this shop for returns. Only a few occasions have they accepted the parcel, most of the time they refuse for a variety of reasons. Staff are rude and unhelpful.

I have visited it for Everi parcel return and they are very polite and helpful in my whole process..I have been to this shop many times and experienced the best retail and convenience environment. They have great collections of beers, wines, vapes and spirits in such a small space Cheers! Recommended.

Very hit and miss as to when you can drop off parcels. Also has a £5 card limit when buying anything. You would have thought they could afford the 5p charge to allow card transactions

This shop offers an excellent returns service.Any restrictions were set by Amazon. Nothing to do with the shop owner.Make sure you have your item fully packaged though. I was under the impression from the Amazon site that packing could be carried out by the shop- but that is not the case.Very easy process and totally stress free.

Do not use. Tried to drop off Evri parcel. First time refused as a bank holiday, then refused as collection already taken (hadn't been toldany of this when I called to ask), then refused at 10am as they don't accept parcels before 10.30am - wasn't told this when sent away day before. Will never shop in here again. Plenty better local shops and helpful staff.

Attempted to post a parcel via Hermes service.Informed parcel was too big! This has happened on numerous occasions. It was a meter long and 25cm wide and 4Kg!The male suggested it was Hermes policy but when I challenged this he conceded that he can refuse what he wants..Anyway go to the COOP by Reigate station who don?t refuse!
