One of the Savills staff turned up at my Flat door today - on Sunday afternoon, took some photos of my front door, saying he is to do with the Fire Detectors in the flats, although I didn't hear him knocking at other my neighbours doors, but he knocked at my front door. He had a badge on his T-Shirt of SAVILLS.! I'm NOT HAPPY about it AT ALL. I didn't know that Savills Estate Agency Dealing with the Fire Detectors?!

We bought our dream home from Savills in Reigate. Even thought they didn?t represent us we felt Fiona did everything she could to accommodate our needs. I would definitely recommend Fiona and the Reigate team.

I am a solicitor based in Reigate and so am part of the 'conveyancing scene' (if such a thing exists). Savills have just taken care of my own sale which exchanged contracts today. From my first enquiry with David, through to viewings with Fiona, to Steven (doing all manner of things) they have been absolutely exemplary. The transaction ended up being both unusual, and tricky - and Savills were sterling throughout. Cannot recommend them highly enough, nor perhaps can I thank them enough. I really can?t complain about the end-to-end service Savills in Reigate recently provided. They handled the viewings really well, giving me feedback on what the people were saying. They really though earned their fee during the end stage when what was supposed to have been an easy two chain exchange and complete turned into a slightly chaotic process due to the bottom supposed ?first-time? buyer and their solicitor. Steven was really great at keeping me informed but also doing some hard graft chasing (including more than the buyers estate agent!) to try and get us to where we needed to be. Huge amount of tenacity shown but also some serious care and attention for me who he knew was being most impacted by the delays. Would definitely recommend the team - I know I would use them again.

Professional, friendly and efficient service from Steve, David and Fiona (plus the Saturday Steve!)The property pictures, details and floor plans were excellent.
