Absolutely shocking customer service. Had the spa a little over 30 days. I called up to report 2 faults (lid keeps deflating and also unit keeps cutting out). The first man just said well that?s why we send spare valves as this happens 90% of the time. I asked for the gent that sold it to me (Xavier) and he was ultra rude. His response was it?s out of returns. He was also started to get very agitated with me asking why I?d asked for him. Then I asked to make a complaint?..I asked what the turn around time for this would be and he rudely told me he was putting the phone down and ended the call. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Shocking behaviour and treatment!

Impressed by the Customer Services.I had a Swift v2 current unit that was giving me problems, one phone call, tciket logged and a few days later i had a replacement unit at my door being swapped out for the old one. well done to Ali in the CS Team.

We have had two hot tubs from Canadian Spa and in all cases they have provided good value for money and fantastic customer service. Recently, we had an issue with the RCD power cable for our Gander Spa and Ali was very quick to respond and get a replacement sent out. The process of changing it was also very straightforward once you got the side off of the unit. I wish other vendors were as quick to respond!

Person I dealt with at Canadian Spa Company: Adam MillerI went to switch on my hot tub after being off for a few months and hasn't got any power showing on the display.I have corresponded with Adam before in 2021 when we had a new pump fitted and job done well and no complaintsGood Points this time:asked me to send some pictures and gave me some trouble shooting advice by email. After trying these i confirmed they hadn't worked and would like them to attend and repair.Now onto the bad customer service this time:Adam informed me i would have to pay for all possible faulty parts before they came out and then they would refund me once the job was done for any parts not used! Circuit board £390 top display £150 plus call out and first hour fee which is £160 plus there might be some other parts i need to pay for before they attend just in case.This is my email i sent to Adam:Hi AdamSo I have this correct.You want me to pay for various parts that it COULD be and then the engineer attends and you credit me back the cost of the parts not used.Two of the items you quoted to me on the phone would have been over £500 plus you wanted £160 call out and first hour fee.So minimum you wanted me to pay UP FRONT is £650!As for your statement ?that?s how it used to be done? is laughable.I wouldn?t mind but you have been out to me before to replace a pump and there wasn't a problem with payment etc.His reply:YOU ARE CORRECTyes originally an engineer would visit and charge while on site but that has changedI asked what it had changed?His reply:Hi Adrian,management discretionThanksAdam MillerI HAVE NEVER HEARD of this before. Pay for all the parts in MIGHT BE and then we will come out to take a look.Really disappointed with the company and Adam

We bought a Swift Current V2 hot tub from Canadian Spa Company, but when I came to fit it up we found that the PCU kept cutting out and showing an error. After contacting them, their troubleshooting guy (Ali) went through a whole list of possible solutions with me. This took a few days and was a bit of a pain, but obviously we had to follow the process. In the end, it was determined that the unit was indeed faulty and Ali then arranged for a change-over of the PCU for us. We now have a fully working hot tub which we are very pleased with. Many thanks to Ali for the excellent service.

I bought the Chilliwack 2 IR sauna and was pleased with the service provided. I was able to try out in the showroom and whilst it was too big to fit in my large estate car, Canadian Spa had it delivered to me free the next day. A good product that i had built in 30 mins and very pleased with its easy operation and quick heat up.

Bought this Gander spa from Troy at Canadian Spa. Outstanding customer service. Delivered on time and installed in the garden. Chemicals and accessories always available. Excellent telephone support. Would definitely recommend this company if you are considering purchasing your first hot tub or replacing your existing one. Can't thank the Canadian Spa team enough.

We purchased our hot tub from The guys at Canada Spa a couple of years back. Had an issue with our RCD. I called and Spoke with Ali. Knew exactly the part and was quick and efficient at sorting out the replacement part. Canada Spa for me always goes above and beyond. This is my second from them and will remain loyal for such good customer service.

Had a fault with my grand rapids which was purchased last year, neither of us could get to the bottom of the problem, Troy Labelle rang me personally, all solved and happy! Good customer service, quick responses, good trouble shooting. Best inflatable on the market.

Do not do business with this company. I ordered a spa from this company in February 2021 and provided a down payment. The promise was that the tub would be delivered in four months. It has now been eight months and no tub has been shipped. Their latest prediction for delivery is two more months with a high likelihood of further delays. I cancelled my order and asked for my deposit back. They refused. I am pursing my legal options now. This company appears to only care about making sales. After you sign a contract or make a down payment, when you receive the product seems of little concern to them. Stay away unless when you receive your tub is of no concern to you.

From start to finish Canadian Spa have been fantastic. I work in the industry and know of the quality products they provide. My Daughter is disabled and her condition has worsened in the last year so I saved and saved to get her a spa for hydrotherapy. I'm so glad a chose this brand. I explained to Paul what I wanted in a spa and he gave me a few options. We concluded with the Winnipeg plug and play. I've known plug and plays to not be very powerful, but this has completely shocked me in its power and cost to run.Getting it in was extremely difficult so please make sure you can get it in if you get a kerbside delivery. I had to recruit our local Rugby team to assist in getting into my garden!
