The best customer service I have ever received. Akash was so helpful and did the best for me today and so did the owner. Everything was smooth, wright forward and fully explained. Highly reccomend this store if you want Vodafone products with a straight forward quality service. Thank you to Akash and the team.

Excellent service by the team in the Staines store - they provided advice and helped us sort a new phone for our mother - would definitely recommend this as the best store in the area!!

After dealing over the phone with Vodafone customer service and spending three hours being transferred from person to person for a simple contract transfer, I was told to go and look for solution in store. My issue was resolved in no time by Akash, I strongly recommend this branch and this person. Great customer service and no time wasting. He identified the issue, and explained how to proceed as well as replacing my sim card. Very satisfied with the deals in store as well, much better than the app or online, absolute role model for a customer service advisor.

Poor experience from very rude staff.50 years old and I was called mate by a 20 year old staff. No enthusiasm no willing to help and are bored tapping the keyboard . Why you keep these people for first line customer service?I give 1 cause there is no 0.

Poor experience, required a new sim.They told me there was an issue with my iPhone and not the sim (this was tested by myself and there was no issues reading other sims) & despite this issued me a new sim. They said it would be active within 24hrs. It?s been over 48hrs and I?ve spoken to Vodafone back office multiple times. They have told me they cannot see or recognise a new sim on my account and store agents have not carried out their jobs properly. Will need to go back to a store to get this activated instantly. Lost out on alot of time due to Vodafone lack of interest. Back office was abit more helpful but a couple of agents. Should have called me back to sort the issue but never did.They (store agents) were not overly helpful & didn?t seem bothered to help their customers. Hugely dissatisfied.

Giving 1 rating because there is no option to give 1/4 rating. Very bad customer service, approached the store today to get broadband connection, waited at the entrance for about 15 mins. Nobody asked me , they were just sitting and seemed u be not responsible for the customers. Vodafone u need to take responsibility and sort this kind of attitudesAnnoying

Was miss sold my contract when buying my phone was told it would be insured for an extra £10 a month. The case on my phone broke and I took it in to get it repaired/replaced only to find out I do not have insurance! Signed a 2 year contract and am still paying the extra £10 a month.Do not trust the staff they will lie just to get more money out of you!
