I highly recommend Olivia from Eat to be slim. She is professional and knowledgeable. With her help and support I have finally completed my weight loss journey.I really don?t think I could have done it without her. It was certainly an uphill battle with many factors slowing me down.Olivia worked though all the barriers previously restricting me from losing weight. I had tried many different diet programs to little or no avail. I ended up gaining weight!Olivia is so much more than a weight loss coach. She has assisted me through stress barriers (I had many!!!), along with general life issues which was obstructing my journey. She did whatever it took to allow me to achieve my goals and this included life coaching and CBT therapy.Thanks to Olivia I can now wear beautiful clothes with confidence, pride and joy and have the knowledge to maintain my ideal weight. (Over 3 stone lighter! ?)

I thought I had to just eat less food and exercise more. But after working with Olivia I realised I could eat delicious food and still lose weight. My hunger reduced so much that sometimes I even forgot I was hungry. I have also noticed I have more balanced energy levels throughout the day, and my mood is even better!I was worried having lost quite a lot of weight I would regain it all, but I am now confident I have the knowledge and support to keep it off for good because it is not a diet, but a new lifestyle. I am a good example to my sons that being healthy is easy and worthwhile.Highly recommend her.

With Olivias help and guidance I have achieved my goal and I'm now at my target weight and feel fantastic! Olivias approach is all about making healthy delicious food choices and also reminded me of the importance of taking care of my whole self. I have been a client of Olivia's since October last year and have struggled with my weight for years but no diet seemed to work. I have lost 2st 7lb and am absolutely delighted with the results.
