Devastating service and selling deadbatteries / not working . Bought 2 cr 2025 battery for Mercedes key fob .Both batteries were fake and mercedes service team had to come and replace original batteries to start the car . Went back to shop very disappointed very bad services. Its the matter of £ 2.90 but customer is always right .

scam. bought a vape and when i got in the car i noticed it didn?t even have a vape in it was just an empty box, went back into the shop and they refused to replace it and weren?t even surprised and i told them to check cctv if they don?t believe me and they said they don?t have time, bought another one and it didn?t have a top, they had to get it out of a closed lock box behind the till so it wasn?t theived from a customer? weird

Not good. I could not get through on the phone to ask them to keep my parcel for an extra day while we are isolated - they didn't answer. Then I found someone to go for me and they sent the parcel back before the end of the last day.
