Worst branch ever. Customer service is terrible. a blond chubby lady who works there is very rude with the customers she doesn't say neither hello neither goodbye and she treats them as s...t. they even talk about personal things in front of the customers. ridiculous

Ordered materials to be delivered before Easter - as is promised at the point of purchasing - only to be told it would take another week before delivery was available. Totally ruined my long weekend plans as a result. Then a refund takes 5 days, what a jokeI would have ordered from a different supplier if they were more transparent about their delivery schedule

I think the blonde lady at this store needs some correctional training on how to deal with customers, or stick her somewhere where she doesn't have to deal with people as her unwillingness to help and appalling attitude was outstanding.

Dreadful servise from this depot when our son ordered large quantities of sand cement and hardcore to be delivered on a pre agreed date and time.I had travelled 300 miles to help construct his new patio.No delivery arrived on the day despite several calls and being told it was on the way .On calling to thr depot next day a man who said he was the manager for the day didnt know anything about it and refunded our money.Went to Build base and got tremendous service off then.
