“We had got warm greetings from all the staff and we had received great customer service, especially from Joseph who is exceptionally professional, patient, approachable and helpful! We went to the bank late in the afternoon and the moment we left the bank, it was 10 past 4. The normal closing time is 3.30 pm. However, Joseph patiently went above and beyond to help us solve the issue from the start to the end. Thank you, Joe, for the great support we’ve received!”
