Joseph was great, difficult to get appointments as me and my partner work weekdays but during a quiet period he was happy to sort us out as a walk in. Really friendly staff and obvious they care about their work.

One of the worst banking experiences ever. I went in for an account name change and was instructed to stand in the cue by the greeter. It took the teller 10 minutes to log into the system. Once at the counter I was told they could not process a name change there and I would have to wait for one of the bankers. 20 minutes later with 3 people who arrived after me being dealt with I walked out of the branch. How does any business survive with an average rating of 2.6 stars. Just unreal.

Useless bank. Only open 5 hours a day at best and when you finally speak to someone they are rude and unhelpful.

We had got warm greetings from all the staff and we had received great customer service, especially from Joseph who is exceptionally professional, patient, approachable and helpful! We went to the bank late in the afternoon and the moment we left the bank, it was 10 past 4. The normal closing time is 3.30 pm. However, Joseph patiently went above and beyond to help us solve the issue from the start to the end. Thank you, Joe, for the great support we?ve received!

My branch in Cobham hasnt a counter so have to travel to Walton. Staff are helpful. Only one counter so often waiting a long time. Staff ask people in the queue if they can help. Opening another counter would help!! Stupid system ?

I would like to say my big THANK YOU to Joseph Odongo. I was very worried and sought help at the bank branch. There he greeted me with a smile and understanding. Joseph solved my problem with professional ease and extreme courtesy. I believe in its competence and the protection I receive from the bank and its employees.

Came in to set up an account and Kimberly was lovely. Something wasn?t working and she went out of her way to call be twice and walk me through everything. Made me feel valued and was so professional.
