“I love Waterstones. I have over years spent at least a thousand pounds.Very helpful knowledgeable staff.My sister has also has spent more she owns at least 300 books.We are a family of readers and book lovers.It is amazing place for book lovers which I am. All newly published books are there straight away.I'm disappointed about diversity and inclusion employment of your staff.I have never seen any Black or Asian sales advisors /book sellers in the stores. I know this may not be the correct place to voice this.Reviews are about customer service but I think also about customer experience.I have travelled to other Waterstones around the country, Oxford, Eastbourne, Dorset Sussex the flag ship store London, Suffolk and other cities and towns.I'm not trying to be provocative. It is just something I have noticed over the years. If you do have diversity in employees then I apologise for this incorrect assumption based on my visiting different Waterstones around the UK. .”
