The staff needs to be changed, they have an I don't care attitude. Twice we've had issues with picking up food and it's always about the staff.I ordered online hoping it will make it easier this time only to get there and they don't have my order after quering it and almost giving up. They found it.How they don't have cup holders of 2 is quite shocking.

I went in to go and get my food I ordered on the app and clicked ready to check in, I still had to wait a good 10-15 minutes to get my food though but it was tasty as normal.

The staff Kimberly is exceptional very friendly and helpful . I have fussy eaters and she is always so Accommodating to my requests nothing is ever too much for her or any staff there . Food is always hot and fresh I def am a repeating customer . Thanks to all the hard working staff Merry Christmas

During daytime hours we generally have received what we order, maybe one item missing but 90% there. Today, we ordered in the evening, were charged twice for a twister wrap and asked for the bill to be changed. We were told they had payed 'kfc bucks' (or something similar) to address the difference. Which we were fine with, but then realised this was applied after VAT, so we ended up paying c.£7.50 for a mistake and getting refunded £c.6.50. Then we got home and they'd forgotten the wings (that were on the receipt) again...
