£28.50 to dry clean a simple dress when I was told it?d be £12. Simply ridiculous - was our first and last time here.

Used this service to support small local companies. Left two pairs of trousers to be altered.They were due for collection after a week.Went back to collect them a week and a day later at their stated opening time 8:30. They weren?t open.Went back an hour later they were open, gave no excuse for not being open at 8:30 & my items weren?t there for collection.Was promised they would have them there by 4pm that day. Went back at 4pm, they weren?t.Good job I had a spare suit for the event I was going to that evening, which I told them I needed one of the pairs of trousers for.Given a half hearted apology & charged full price. Offered a discount on my ?next visit?, there won?t be a ?next visit?.

I have used Nova Klean for dry cleaning on several occasions, including some badly stained duvets which came back spotless. Similar story for a shirt that I had almost given up any hope of wearing again, but it came back good as new. Excellent service every time and very knowledgeable staff.
