Easy to access inside the sainsburys storeNever normally busy, maybe more so over Christmas period.You can get some items straight away as they'll be in store already out back, other items you have to click and collect in a day or 2.Convenient to have this locally rather than going to Croydon.

Disgusting service from Rinku The Argos ?Manager?. I took my faulty item back to Argos this morning as instructed by Argos customer service over the phone. Once I arrived and explained, I gave my order number. Rinku was inspecting my item, she then placed it on the counter and pushed the counter top oven aggressively saying (This is NOT 3 weeks old!) I said... excuse me?? She was aggressive in her manner, I then told her that her service is disgraceful and how dare she embarrass me in front of other customers! I have a receipt that has a code on it, and both the product and product box have the same code!!!! The date and all evidence was in front of her but she treated me like this!! The woman needs re training regarding how to treat customers, I told her I?m now recording her on my phone for my own proof of what she was saying so I could report her treatment of me, given the information she was saying, she said that?s illegal and went and got security. No security came, instead, she got her other colleague to give me a refund while she hid in the back. I told her I would 100% be reporting her, and her behaviour towards me. There is no way that anyone should get away will talking down to a customer like that and I Will never use Argos again because of this.

The staff in this store particularly the manager are in desperate need of customer service training. The manager argued his point with me, regarding a required exchange, without taking the time to listen to what i was asking for. He was adamant he was right regarding Argos returns policy, during the pandemic, even though i had printed there most up to date statement on return /exchange from there website. Needless to say when i spoke to someone in Argos head office i was right and he was wrong. They contacted him regarding the issue, apparently, he hadn?t been reading any of the company communications up dating him on Argos policy! I think im due an apology????

Automaton staff, poorly trained in customer service. Manageress didn't listen to my questions and just reiterated over and over that I had to go to the customer services link on the website. Hollow empty souls robbed of their humanity by an autocratic retail giant who probably only hire them on the basis their willingness to blindly and inquestioningly follow their instructions.

Handy having an argos across the road and based inside sainsburys. It has limited stock and is serviced by larger stores. Pre order stuff they don't have and it is normally there next day. Also you are able to collect Ebay items which is also handy. Problem is the management are unable to sort out problems and tell you to call customer services who didn't really help that much either hence 3 stars
