“I want to make the biggest thank you to Kevin and Paul the delivery men for Neptune , from a Farnham delivery . Note to head office and all the big bosses at Neptune . These two amazing men went way and beyond to make sure my sofa got in to my apartment . They were polite kind and very very accommodating. Any normal delivery men would of given up as the staircase was to tight they mionovered the heaviest corner sofa way high up ⬆️ and above the whole banister and over as it couldn’t get to the actual staircase . I’m so grateful to these two guys , and wanted it noted that anyone else would have said no and the sofa returned . Than you Paul and Kevin as I have a sofa ?️ I’m my flat all thanks to you both . Everyday I’m so grateful . You both absolutly made it happen . Forever grateful , thank you x a billion .”

“I purchased from these guys at Richer Sounds 18 months ago buT had a new Full Fibre Router Installed in my house this week so all equipment had to be completely re configured. “Today I got good old fashion service from the Weybridge Branch.Firstly, they answered the phone ( Steve ) within two or three rings, amazing.Secondly, they checked physically that the item was in stock (weather station), not relying on computer says.Finally they said they would put it to one side for the 30 mins l needed to get to the shop.As soon as l got in the shop and asked for Steve (he was behind the counter) he produced my purchase without saying anything.Obviously remembering who l was.I walked out with a big smile having thanked Steve and advising him l would leave positive feedback on this rare and exceptional service.Well done Steve and Robert Dyas.Thank you.Tony”

“OMG Gorgeous Rose Gold Balloon Arch for my daughter's Bridal Shower. The perfect centerpiece for her Gift Chair, that the guests are still raving about almost a week later, and thought we'd had it professionally done.The arch does take some time to build, but does anyone really expect it to just pop out of the box looking fantastic??I'd say it took about 2 hours with one person blowing and one person creating and hanging the arch. You can see for yourself how a average people were able to create this gorgeous arch, with no special equipment or skills!I bought my kit at a Party City store in the US, so I can't comment on the local direct ordering of items.Highly recommend!”

“I have been to Currys about 4-5 times in the last 3 weeks due to faulty item that was under warranty...which has now been finally sorted out (even thought it took longer than expected). Everytime I went in the staff that were on duty could not even be bothered to approach you or even ask... they were either bunched up together chatting or shying away from serving you...but tonight we went in ....and what a breath of fresh air ...a young guy approached us ..asked if we needed help?? WOW !!!!!! This has never happened before in this store. HeSorted out our query . Had great communication skills . Was friendly and generally gave us excellent customer service. Currys needs more staff like this. He was an absolute star? . And I hope he gets recognised for his efforts. Maybe his collegues can learn from him!! I believe his name was Thilluc (as on receipt)Today's service was 5 stars....but if I had to score based on getting the issue resolved would of been a 1 star.”
