Bureau de Change? Waited patiently for 5 mins while the middle aged chap with grey hair faffed about with a customer. When my turn came I approached him and started asking him a question upon which he turned round, Mid sentence, and started talking to a colleague. It was as if I wasn?t there. Rudest and most unprofessional thing that?s happened to me in ages. Good news for him, he will NEVER have to listen to me again. Byeeeee

Went to return a parcel to Marks and spencer brooklands and the manager on mens department wasn't nice and really rude I would like a full apology and will not be getting any more things from here very very poor customer service

The lady , manner of staff calledSharron Williams .. was so helpful, nice and integrity !Not only did she genuinely care about my missing parcel , she took my details , informed me when the parcel was found via voicemail , she also left a personal note in my package for another advisor!! Wow .. what a tremendous effort for someone she does not know .. this level of customer service is the very reason my whole family ship at m&s .. but Sharon?s efforts and friendliness was outstanding and greatly appreciated! Thank you Sharron for having such aLovely personal touch to solving my problem x she is a credit to the company !

Came in to buy some men's jeans. Very neat and well organised department. So often in other stores you see the jean sizes all muddled but I was able to find what I needed straight away. Thank you.Wasn't able to pay in this dept. so walked over to lingerie where the customer adviser (couldn't quite see her name but I think it said Mandy?) was very professional in her approach in dealing with myself and a previous customer.

Staff are very lovely, Thomas had a smile on his face and was very useful in helping me locate the Italian meats. Well sanitised and tidy, will be bringing the grandkids!

The service line is despicable. Asked for the security number to review footage in the car park after noticing blue paint on my car. Some guy half asleep gave me +44177533219 to call which I read back to him. He says ?yeah, yeah? and hangs up. It?s an incomplete number and after another 15 minutes going through the nonsense recordings all customer service is closed.

Good service. I cane in for an exchange for some travelling money because we were going abroad. They also have a buy back scheme for any foreign currency you don?t use. Just remember to keep your receipt.
