I ordered and payed a sofa on august the 31st and my delivery was scheduled for October the 17th. Delivery didn?t happen and I didn?t get any notification by text or email about delay. Contacted customer service online they said ?your Next delivery scheduled for 1st of November? . I ended up cancelling Order and asking for refund in store. Good will for mistake was offered from cs but only once item will have been delivered. 2 months waiting for nothing and also 1 week without sofa as I arranged collection for the previous one. Not anymore the place it use to be.

Umar went above and beyond. Very helpful and accommodating. Personally making sure i was happy with what i was buying and showing me different options. He is a credit to the store!

Bought a pair of Belkin earbud headphones which my wife did not like. They would not accept them back because the manager said they were used after trying them on once. I will not buy or use Argos again. For me I will only buy from Amazon. Not good enough in my view.

We purchased some Apple airpods Saturday 8/10/22 and on opening had a problem with the gestures so returned them the next day. We spoke to a member of staff regarding the airpods they checked the serial numbers and were not happy because they were not matching, so they went to speak to their manager which took some time to do. We eventually got a refund. In hindsight I think we will go to the Apple shop. I don't think Argos know what they are selling, because the Apple shop said that the airpods have different serial no's. The case and box are the same serial no's and not the airpods themselves.

Awful customer service that don?t even have the basic fundamentals in place. Too busy chatting in front of customers than listening to them. Manager just as bad and is Role modelling these poor actions

I was ordering a kettle for my new local apartment and was poorly served by a young man who very aggressively threw the kettle from the top of the conveyor straight onto the counter, as impressive as it was they refused to give me another kettle while this one was broken. I asked to see the manager but they proceeded to say who? When i replied with ?the manager? they replied ?who asked? as they laughed and tormented me for being in a wheelchair. I was appalled by this and in an attempt to gather information saw the name of one server to be Dees?. Would not go here again, terrible service

Rubbish staff ignore you and serve only people at pre pay counter. I waited and was ignored by 5 members of staff for 15 minutes and I could see my order on the conveyer.... RUDE

terrible service. i came in for a click and collect and it took them 35 yes 35 minutes to bring my order to me. i couldnt beleive it. beleive there was a lad named aaron

Waited 25 mins for a click and collect package even though there was only one other customer being helped by another member of staff. Meaning I was served straight away by another member of staff but the staff upstairs threw my parcel down the shoot which was an electric fan! The girl serving me said she would get another one but they were laughing about it clearly didn?t care and would properly sell the one they threw down to another customer without even checking if it still works and generally being really unprofessional. They then couldn?t find the ticket to get a new fan, meanwhile another four people had been and gone to click and collect to get their packages.Honestly wouldn?t go back it was so unprofessional and no one was in any rush which is very annoying when it was so empty!Highly suggest not bothering with this Argos.
