“Jonella,s has become the go too shop in chobham they even had mums ginger ale ? which was cheaper than sainsbury and the Co op in chobham does not stock it also has the post office and the national lottery also a brand new free to use ATM outside it has truly stepped into 2022 with a ? bang management and staff are lovely sorry Tesco express and Co op but mum has to have a brandy and ginger ale!!!”

“I have the odd occasion to go up to Knaphill for fishing supplies. Co op is a great place to get a meal deal for £4.00. The place is well organised and efficient. It is located by a car park and is could for a quick shop. I think it's got a cashpoint. There's fast card only self scans as well as personal service. Nice enough..”
“Coop Horsell High Street is a great place to do your grocery shopping. The staff are friendly and helpful especially Maninder, and the store is well-stocked. I especially like the fresh produce section, which always has a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. “could do with some self scan machines as there are often queues the length of the shop.needs more breakfast cereals but overall good shop. much better younger staff with good attitudes have recently been hired , two paticular male middle aged staff were unwelcoming and unpolite.”
“Whilst it may lack the individuality and personality of the independent shop that preceded it, this Sainsbury's Local is actually quite good and much better than most supermarket local/express stores. The staff are always chatty and cheery and very good at opening up additional tills if they see a queue starting to form. Their stock range covers most things that you might need from a local store. The car park outside the store is really quite small and frequently full but there is a free car park across the road which is often easier to use.”

“Very rude staff. Yesterday I bought a bottle of wine and when I went to check out I was the only person in the store. Yet the lady at the counter was acting in a hurry , did not greed me or responded to my greeting . I asked 3 times for a bag and she finally almost threw it at me whilst overlooking me as if I wasn’t there and trying to attend to the only other customer in the que behind me. This is such a shame as it’s great little store, but sorry the staff needs to be more polite.”

On the till receipt the young guys name appears. His name was Josh and my five star review goes to him and other members of the Co op staff that were on duty at 15.08 on Monday 6th of November. “I have visited Martins on numerous occasions. Ihave always found stafftobe pleasant and helpful. You can pay your untility bills over the counter. They have a reasonable selection of greeting cards for every occasion. The post office is situated at the back of the store. There is also a huge free car park and a free cash point outside the store.”

“Pretty decent place to visit if it's on your door step, always good produce in their and a lot of fruit and veg In there in fact its got great stock for a little shop..my only complaint is 2 Indian girls in their particularly the girl who always wears a scarfaround her face,she is the rudest person ever you can see she doesn't really want to serve you and when she does she is abrupt and pig ignorant.”
“I go there at least once a week and i love that fact that their opening hours are longer. However they often run out of stock and find empty shelves of meat and dairy. Other than that very convenient.”

“Used the car wash. Not the friendliest of service inside the shop, but the car wash was alright. Bit of a queue, but moved quickly. Probably not necessary to go for the option which includes 'dry' as it definitely doesn't dry the car. All in all, came out a lot cleaner than it went in!”
“Responding to iffat zeeshan,I absolutely disagree with you,I have always found the staff to be polite helpful and extremely curtious, they do not restrict the amount of items! I really don’t know how you have the audacity to say that??The items get reduced at 9pm and yet you come inside every night at 8:30pm and go through the whole shop filling baskets with reduced items without any regard for anyone else. I wish they would restrict the amount of items sold per person. Then at least other people would also get an opportunity to purchase reduced items. We are all struggling and yet there you are every night with all your baskets. Beyond belief That you can write what you did.”
