Been in a few times now. Young lad on the counter always seems busy but everytime i see him is always happy to help and useally has a smile on his face. Has really some really good knowledge in to the motor trade and really knows his stuff.

Went to euro car parts to have pick up a wiper blade for my car, Dominic on the service desk was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with and even fitted it for me, without any huffing or puffing prior to my previous experience at halfords.

I have made a purchase around 10:00 AM today and a member of the staff was really rude. Next time I would rather prefer to travel a bit more and avoid Euro Car Parts Woking! Very bad experience.

I dont think I may order a part for delivery anymore. Ordered a rear wheel bearing kit that was meant to come to my front door on 17th March that I payed the extra £5.95 for. Was never delivered until i called them. Looked like someone did not put my order into their system properly. The guy I spoke to on the phone was a nice guy, he came back from time off to find Mayhem happening at their end. He was happy to sort it out for me, so received my order on the 21st March. I would like my refund for the £5.95 that I payed for that 1 day delivery please

Sadly , have been let down with wrong parts , after giving all information requested, which obviously causes a issue, have noticed prices can be a little high , pays to shop around . Sometimes counter staff xan be a little abrupt.
