Rude staff, unable to empathise with a customer after TWO bereavements who's just trying to carry on the duty of executor of two wills and provide original copies of death certificates etcOn top of that, they can't even stay open until the end of normal banking hours of 3.30pm - disgusting.

Third time in a row today, I have received absolutely excellent and helpful customer service at this branch.Would highly recommend talking to staff here about your banking.The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that occasionally in the past they would close for lunchtime for an hour or so and this wouldn?t be reflected on the online information. Hopefully this was due to a staffing issue since resolved well with brilliant new staff.

This is my own personal experience at the Woking Branch.There is a lovely lady named Sarah who works there and she is always happy and very very helpful. Sarah makes my banking experience a pleasure, especially in this present climate. If all staff were like Sarah bank visits would be a happy experience all round.Thank you Sarah.

I have found the staff on the whole to be; a little rude, very unhelpful and totally incompetent. I have endless ongoing problems, and find getting an appointment to be tiresome to say the least.

I canâ??t believe in this day and age of technology one canâ??t get bank statements printed off the counter!!! I waited in the Woking branch for almost an hour to get bank statements printed, I gave up in the end!!!
