Update;Still no change they ban you from their forum for telling the truth too many times, and claim you used bad language which is a farce, the worst word I've ever used online is hell, then soon after they send me an email asking me to sign up again ?Original review;Well I have never been so disgusted by any place as much as these have, I was 1 hour from dying 2 weeks before Xmas 2020 where they did emergency surgery to remove my perforated gallbladder, which also turned out to be gangrenous as well,.and had been sat on my liver so they took a lump of that as well, in fact my previous review said about the great help I had, which was the actual cause of my nearly dying.Because pushing a heavy trolley (all remarks are to do with the Woking branch and head office), I felt a litteral tear in my gut turning it, and 2 staff members dealt with everything and got me to my car and put the shopping in for me, it's always struck me as weird as I phoned head office with a compliment about it, but this was the catalyst that started me dying, just no one knew it then.I already have a very rare muscle wasting disease, so little is known about it, it was put down to that, but after Xmas 2020 I started to do some light bit's, and went shopping there again, only this time there was a hole where a bollard had been removed, and going to my car the trolley wheel went into it and I was on the verge of being thrown over the trolley, if it wasn't for the quick actions of a few members of public grabbing the trolley in time.Well a security guard just strolled over took the trolley from me and put my shopping in the car and walked off, I tried to say about what happened but he took no notice at all, and it ripped me so badly I was messed up for a long time, in a way being thrown over would have been better at least someone would have to take responsibility for it.Emailed head office when I got enough strength back and got the brush off being told they won't do anything report it to the store, so a few days later when I was strong enough to go out again and ever since have been treated like a mushroom ????, I was house bound for several years apart from the odd car hire when needed, gave up ringing as no one ever rang back, so popped in to be told head office had the CCTV and once they got it back they would be in touch.Well over 18 months have passed and not a word, I even sent another email to head office only to have the CEO replying saying again they had nothing to do with it and said go to the store, I was housebound so I couldn't, so they have shown me that I don't matter and told they will do nothing at all, if I was after money I would have rang the ambulance chasers, but they have never even said anything to me over the entire course of events.And given staff I have seen walk past rotting fruit I told them of that was so rotten it is a miracle it hadn't grown leg's and walked out the store, and another who continued to fill shelves after being told of a large milk spillage that nearly had me over, a manager turning his back on me and walking off throwing a hand out to say ask the staff member he was with.Then a delivery that said they were on their way 4 minutes after the time slot, a phone call to ask where it was, a promise for the manager to ring next morning to apologize that never happened, staying up until gone midnight because we were assured it was on the way and would be here soon, to not only end up with no delivery at all, to be told they wouldn't deliver it the next day, and told I would get a refund instead, only for that to take over a week to happen, and even then they did it in 2 different payments, so the skeptic in me wonders if the staff who helped me 10 years prior had been sacked.Because it's blatantly obvious very few staff are happy there, and no wonder if they do nothing for customers who were an hour from dying nearly needing an ambulance and more surgery to repair the damage after still being in recovery from the life saving Op a matter of some weeks prior

I would like to appreciate services of Morrisons team in Woking . They are hard working attentive and customer focussed . Especially the team leader Rohan who is always available and extremely helpful .i chose to go to Morrisons woking because of this excellent service !
