Big shout out to Max at Next ,Woking Store,who went out of his way to assist me this afternoon when my dress order from Reading Next was nowhere to be found.Max knew I needed the dress for a function this Friday.He located the dress in my size at the Guilford Next store, put it on hold for me.Called me back and said it was ready to collect tonight if I wished,as the store closed at 20:00.I drove to Guilford asked at the ladies section and was promptly handed my beautiful dress.Great Customer Service Max,you went far beyond the extra mile for me.Thank you for everything you did today .I can go to the function in style .found.Maxfound

Me and my wife and child went into this store and I am sad to say it's 3stars because of the lady behind the till in the women section, who shouted at the young lad who helped me, I would have given it 1 star, but because of the lady in the kids section was amazing very helpful and very polite, she deserves 5 stars the other staff could learn a lot from her
