One of the team picked the hamster food bag up and looked underneath saying they thought they'd seen the bag was about to come undone! The centre seam of the bag was in fact, about to come undone!I'd never even thought to look there so they saved me a big mess and a big waste of food and money. So attentive and I'm very grateful. Anytime I've gone in, they've been very helpful and well stocked.”
