Private engagement party here - can't recommend the burrow enough if you want a quick coffee/bite to eat or for an event. We were so well looked after and had a wonderful evening.

Went to a baby shower here, such beautiful tea rooms. Lovely decor, spotlessly clean and the owner so friendly and helpful. The buffet provided by the owner was delicious! There are some beautiful gifts to buy too, well worth a visit.

We are a family-run tearoom in County Durham, serving a wide range of homemade food and desserts. Come and try our Fancypants hot chocolate, homemade scones or treat yourself to an Afternoon Tea!
We also have a fully stocked bar with beers, wines, cocktails and more! We are available for hire for all events including baby showers, christenings, funerals etc.
