Very disappointed with my visit today as I come here all the time and always happy with the results of my eyebrows. But the service I got today was just shocking.Come for my eyebrows waxed and ended up getting my top lip & brows done. I get that mistakes can be made, fair enough. But the lady never even double checked as to what I was wanting done until she already put the wax on my top lip as I stopped her & asked what she was doing, she explained she can carry on & not charge me for it but she thought I was someone else that asked for this done. But instead of asking me and double checking of what I wanted before she started she just done it anyway. Never had this happen to me before and unfortunately I won?t be returning again. As now I?m going to have to pay extra every month to get this done now also. You should train your staff to do full consultations with customers before starting.

The receptionist was rude and so was the therapist, none of them smiled.Will not be visiting again .

Always a great experience. Whether it?s for nails or eyebrows they are the very best in the Metrocentre. Best to book if you can - to make sure you get in! They spend so much time and don?t rush you. First went to them to sort out my nails from a bad experience elsewhere - have been going back ever since. Kimm is the very best. They DON?T hack your nails, they DON?T file your fingers and they DON?T push you from one person to the next. They DO listen, they DO make sure you are happy and they DO an amazing job.

Ali is quite simply a nail artist beyond compare, i'm SO glad that she was highly recommended to me! I share my ideas and she literally astounds me every time by making them happen - 100% better than i could ever have imagined! I never look until my nails are all finished and i'm completely blown away every time! I say after each visit "these are my favourites yet" and it's true, they just get better and better each visit! I get SO MANY compliments. Ali, you are simply the best and i look forward to my next favourite nails!! ??

Popped in on a whim and I got a small wax and my nails done. The staff were lovely and friendly, they even let my little girl sit next me.
