“Dawn was fantastic when I had my card used eithout my permission. I was up there for a couple of weeks. No card and ran out of cash . Lucky a friend gave me money and I transferred it into her bank. Because the tills were closed on a Saturday .so annoying. But we'll done to the fraud squad also because I got a message saying that more money was going to be taken out of my account. But F S had already blocked that particular group.”

“Everytime i walk into the Hailfax at the metro centre, I find all the staff very welcoming & friendly I always use the metro centre branch I wont go anywhere elseIt says it is open on good friday But its NOT so another wasted journey You need to up date your website !!!”

“Located right next to Tesco extra, Gateshead. Had been here to open an account, the staff was very friendly and responsive. Helped me to submit the application online as well. If you're an international student and want to open an account, you could submit the account opening application online and can submit the proofs in person at the bank. Overall, a nice experience!”
