I popped in last Thursday morning for a helium balloon .Very helpful staff !Was in week before that for birthday confetti, birthday mug etc and again great staffWill always come here now !!

I recently visited the Gateshead store and unfortunately they did not have the product i wanted. The shop assistant i dealt with(sorry i did not get the lady's name)was fantastic and went above and beyond to source the item at another store after exhausting many other options. I was blown away with her exceptional customer service and would like to say she is a credit to the store and company. Well done.?

Was in there for about 3 minutes choosing a card and was absolutly boiling after about a minute in there! No air conditioning for your staff is just awful! The poor lasses in there were trying their hardest to keep smiling and be professional but honestly looked as though they were going to pass out. Was talking to a lass in there who gave up looking for a card as it was too hot for her.
