I used to regularly use this salon when I lived in the area from 2017-2021, during this time I couldn't of faulted the salon or the staff.I came today after booking in the week before. I explained on the phone that I had 1 years worth of blue black dye on my hair that I had left to fade for 1 month as I was wanting to gradually go back blonde. I also explained I had sent photos/messages over on Facebook that hadn't been read. I explained I wasn't sure what to book under, would It be a colour correction and would I need patch tests. I was told to just come in for an appointment the following week.I turned up for said appointment after taking time off work and was then told that I do need a patch test. I watched the stylists go into the back room sniggering and a terrible attempt of whispering , then come back out telling me to rebook after patch test and return with more realistic ideas of what I wanted. Do not appreciate being patronised by the staff here, I'm fully aware that I wasn't going to have blonde hair in one sitting. The environment in the salon is not welcoming at all, I wanted to leave after being in that chair 2 minutes. Unfortunately its no longer somewhere I'll be returning too after years of recommendations to others, due to poor communication and customer skills.

I moved to the area a year ago and needed a new hair dresser so I reached out to Emma as I loved her work on Instagram. She has been absolutely amazing from start to finish! In two goes she?s turned my box black hair into a lovely subtle balayage that I?m in love with! She is incredible at what she does, so knowledgable and I wouldn?t trust anyone else now but her to do my hair. Highly recommend Emma for any of your hair needs x

Been going to Charle?s & Co for over a year now & couldn?t ask for a better hairdresser then Emma N she has took my 13 years of black box dye hair and turned it into the blonde balayage I wanted, tells me all the right information and gives me the right aftercare to keep my hair in good condition alway leave the salon happy.Services: Hairstyling

I used to use this salon all the time but changed as the service wasn?t great, they would book my next appointment and I would show and they would have nothing in, and I always left with loads of dye all over my face, I never left a review as I?m not one to complain, however after recently recommending it a family member to try I?m disgusted to hear she was left feeling embarrassed. After hearing one particular staff member named Emma had been attacking her personal appearance, she has issues with her eyes and was overheard calling her bong eyed and many other terrible things. If you can?t work with people in a professional Manor you should definitely not be a hair dresser. How very sad that a salon would let this happen after the manager was made aware. Go here every month for my haircut Charlotte does a great job and i now get my eyebrows tinted and waxed off her. No complaints shop is lovely and clean staff very polite and helpful wouldn't go anywhere else.
