Went in looking to price up a fridge freezer as soon as we walked in a member of staff came over, which l personally don't like l will ask for help as and when needed, so that put me off had a quick look nothing l liked.

Thank you ANTHONY.\\nI must say that we had a very helpful Assistant on TVs. No pushy sales talk. We actually approached him for his advice.\\nIt was most helpful ... as we wanted a TV with a simple remote control for my elderly mother to use. Were shown our options and I must say, we got what we hoped to find.\\nMam loves her TV, great picture and easy to use remote. Great price on Samsung, 43\\\"screen .....So .. thanks again Anthony. !!!

They had the dishwasher I wanted in stock \\u0026 loaded it straight into my car inside of 15 minutes. The price was competitive with on line suppliers and you weren't trapping at home waiting.

High pressure sales, wanted any which way to get me to buy (even though I had expressed that I didn?t know which way I wanted), literally trying anything to get me to pay there and then. Really pushy on the cover aswell, I still bought from curry?s but bought online. Really disappointed with the service and will stick to online I think

The staff at this branch are exceededingly amazing. Every visit they're willing to help with every need to the product you're interested in. They never pressure you to purchase anything that you didn't come in to purchase. the best are keiran and John and his partner Jackie - these are the holy trinity of supporters who go above and beyond, they're an absolute credit to this company.

Ordered a coffee machine over a month ago, only updates we ever got was it'll be sometime this week.\\nWent with John Lewis who has more to offer with the package for the same price and it came within less than 24 hours.\\n\\nAlso terrible service from staff, a shrug of the shoulders isn't how to answer a question.

I purchased a washing machine online from the the Retail World shop yesterday and got someone to pick it up for me, after unboxing it it turned out to be the wrong washer.\\nAfter a phone call to customer services that turned out to be based in South Africa and chatting to people on Messenger 5 hrs later i still have not getting anywhere. I am disabled and wanted them to pick this machine up and drop my proper one off.\\nLooks like i will have to go to Gateshead myself this morning.\\nUPDATE.\\nAfter a trip to Retail World I now have my new washing machine that Curry?s brought out 2 days later and i love it.\\nGood washing machine for the money, well please with it.\\nWill now change to 3 stars would have been 5 if i hadn?t of had a problem.

Currys need to accept responsibility for the attitude of their staff. When we found the Hoover we needed I had to start searching for a member of staff. I found some arguing about something that happened away from the shop. A passing staff member told someone to give me some attention. The look I got from a young member of staff as she offered to help- terrible! She did the minimum throughout the purchase. If I had not needed the Hoover I would have walked out of the shop and not gone back.

Rubbish Customer Service both in shop and online. Ongoing issue with a Washing Machine that is faulty after only 2 days of being installed by Team Knowhow. Won't replace until Hotpoint can send an engineer out to confirm fault, which is another week after Team Knowhow came out and confirmed a faulty machine. This is ridiculous and has been going on for two weeks now. Complaint registered and waiting for a call back

If your looking to buy no problem you are accosted by a member of staff every 5 paces, however woe betide if you need to take anything back. My 76 year old mother asked me to go with her to take back a vacuum less then 14 days old and used once on Sunday. We stood at the counter and a guy eventually came to speak with us, he actually rolled his eyes as he came towards us, no smile or hello. He took one look at the vacuum box and said "Have you phoned the manufacturer. My mum said no ive just bought it and it wont work. He insisted she ring the manufacturer. At this point I said for goodness sake shes 76 years old. He responded with "if you take that attitude with me I will have you put out of the shop"!!!. At which point I told him it was actually him with the bad attitude and that as the product was purchased less than 14 days ago my mother had every right to ask for her money back and that we would inform trading standards.

Worst customer service ever experienced! staff everywhere but no help offered, sent to 3 different areas to pay, Ignored for 10 minutes at customer service desk then told Iâ??d been sent to wrong desk and had to go back to fridge/freezer area where there was no staff
