We eventually managed to get the parts we needed, although I suspect if I hadn't been with my husband I'd have been completely ignored. I was stood in the queue and the guy on the counter still turned away from the natural eye line to talk to my husband to the right of his gaze. There were a few items I'd seen that I might have bought but due to being ignored, I will source these elsewhere from a less misogynistic environment.

Staff are very knowledgeable on car parts and very helpful. The store carries a very good stock it's just a shame the prices are not a little cheaper you can buy cheaper and the same on eBay or Amazon but you have to wait for it. I only use eurocar IF I need a part that day.. The only bad part about euro car parts is their website it's very poor and does not list most of their parts. ...

Much nicer store than the Sunderland branch, bigger, more spacious and tons more on the shelves.Unfortunately it's the same level of customer service. You feel like you're putting them out by turning up.Only person in the shop, waited ages for 1 item that I'd pre-ordered, no form of "sorry about your wait, I'll check where it is".Convenience is the sole reason I go to eurocarparts

I called beforehand to see if I can collect my parcel. I had been advised yes I can. But when reached there they didn't have it and nobody knew what happened to it.Poor communication!

Happy with the customer service, I had a query about discount and after a few enquiries got it sorted. I needed to open the part to make sure it was definitely the right one and they were very helpful. The lad on the till was pleasant and helpful too. I would definitely buy from here again.
