My car eventually came back to me, looking great, with all work done, but that's after having to leave it on my original collection day, as a part was not painted, so collected next day.\\n\\nHowever, I had to bring it back again, as there was another part found unfinished \\u0026 another part needed repairing after being damaged when the car was in for it's first visit. Office staff were friendly \\u0026 helpful with getting this sorted, though one person from the garage, tried to say a part which was missed was never down to be repaired, even though there was damage below \\u0026 behind the missed area \\u0026 I felt he was calling me a liar, tut tut. This is not good customer service/care, especially when an insurance company (not my insurance company) is paying for the repairs to be done properly, after my car suffered damage from someone else.\\n\\nIf it was not for the attitude of this member of staff \\u0026 the fact my car suffered minor damage to another part of my car, when in for repair \\u0026 it taking so long. I'm sure they would have received 5*, as my car really did eventually look like new.

Arrived at 10:00am (30 minutes early) was seen immediately. Small body work alignment on a new Range Rover Evoque needed attention. Fixed it and was on my way 10:20am. Didn't even have time to finish my coffee. Amazing. Excellent service thank you.
