“First time I tried this place out this morning. I have to say it was a great experience from start to finish. I ordered the chicken lean box with rice, broccoli and sweet chilli sauce. It was served hot, with friendly staff and I didn't have to wait long. I had a quick chat and they opened up in the middle of the pandemic but thankfully haven't suffered. This is good to hear and I can understand why as the food is delicious and takes the hassle out of preparing food for us gym goers who are limited for time.. I certainly will be a regular here and I sincerely hope they keep their standards high as they're definitely onto a winner here..”

“Love the product and I would shop here more if the company didn't force the staff to pester customers. Just trying to pick some new tea and get approached 3 times, then once you're at till it's always a hard sell on signing up for a loyalty card. The staff in this shop are polite and do their jobs well so it would be nice if they were trusted enough to be a little less scripted and more authentic. I've never left an H&B shop in any location without feeling mildly harrassed, sometimes you just want to browse in peace and get served quickly”
