I have a hotpoint combine oven microwave and it recently got into an undocumented 'demo' mode in which it only pretends to cook food. With my description of the problem to their repair centre they knew this was the problem but still they charged me a £120 engineer callout who fixed it with a 3 button presses. So I got sold a product with a hidden fault and then charged for an unnecessary repair.I complained about this but was told that as per Hotpoint policy no responses to customers are be provided after they complain. Feels like they just don't care.

Called in yesterday to have a look at freestanding dishwashers. Alan & Steve where straight there to help us decide. Fantastic customer service. We are over the moon with our choice, exactly what we was looking for. And we saved a lot more than expected. ? BONUS. We will definitely be back.

I was in contact with Alan at the shop and sent in some pics of what we liked for our new home. He got us exactly what we wanted and more. I settled for an American fridge freezer as the one I really wanted was too expensive. Alan came up top trumps and sourced me the one I wanted at a much more affordable rate. Most people show off their new car, I?ve been showing off my new fridge. Thanks again Alan, you have been a star!!!!
