I would never shop in House of Frasers since Mike Ashley bought it over. Subsequent to him buying it I was given an invalid gift card in exchange for a defective shirt!
I also had my online order cancelled due to Mike Ashley having a dispute with his warehouse staff. Despite House of Frasers promising to contact me within 2 days regarding a refund, I`ve still never received it nearly 2 weeks later.
Mike Ashley the Billionaire owner of House of Frasers has defrauded me ( a retired nurse) out of £108.95!!
Do NOT shop in House of Frasers unless you want to him to rip you off the way he has me and thousands of other customers!

Love this shop for my husband some lush clothes in and fit him as he find other shops have to small clothes to fit.

Went with a gift voucher for £50 and it was refused at the till and we were advised to send it to London in the hope we might get our money back but there is no guarantee. Will never shop here again, awful experience allround.

Staff lovely and very helpful despite the Company recently going into administration. However they have cut back on choice of goods (only 4 kettles in store! !) No longer well tv's
