Been to Jack & Jones today.My hubby loves a particular style of their jeans and I have shopped there for the past few christmas's, spending over £200, usually a couple of pairs of jeans, tops etc. Last year there was even a bogof deal.Today I was looking at the jeans, there were assistants behind the till etc, I needed help. They had all disappeared into the back. I could hear them chatting amongst themselves. How rude!My hubby is getting Levi's jeans etc this year. Nice bonus really! Levi's do blue light discount too! Which Jack & Jones don't! Bye bye Jack & Jones!

Me and my brother came in for some cargos, ended up getting 4 polos and some smart trousers too! The young gentleman with the long hair served us and wished us a wonderful day :)

I made a special journey using six buses to jack jones metro centre to purchase a number of clothe items to be told they didn?t accept cash I didn?t have a card so you can imagine I?m not very happy only shop in metro not to take cash

Excellent customer service. Fully informed by manager Chris what promotions were available. I bought a jumper so was pleasantly surprised when told I was then entitled to choose a T shirt for £11. Rebecca & Amy were also very helpful. Will definitely be shopping there again.
