Waited to pump petrol for over 20 mins as waiting for the man to come back from collecting his McDonald?s fromNext door. No apology , multiple people left so loss of money from their behalf. As this persons boss I wouldn?t let this incident go easily .

Be careful of using Jet Garage, Felling bypass as a collect plus pick up point.Got a text (on a Saturday) to tell me my parcel had been delivered and was ready for collection, I went at teatime to pick it up.The gent serving, scanned my code, made a token gesture of looking for my parcel, before concluding "it's not here" and "the code doesn't show that the parcel is here, either".After checking, I had the right Jet Garage, I returned, explaining that my parcel, should definitely be there and that it was delivered at 10.30am.His responce was to tell me "it's definitely not here (without even looking) Yodel don't deliver, here on a Saturday".I went back, early the next day, a different gentleman was serving, I enquired if there was a parcel for me, he scanned my code and within a minute my parcel was found!
