The staff in this place really make it the only place to use locally. They are friendly, helpful, down to earth and not hard salesman type at all. They went out of their way to find us the best price carpet and the fact that they squeezed in fitting when we needed it was brilliant. Not to mention their prices!!! I won't use anywhere else now. You cant go wrong!

we're do I start I had 3 days to move into a house and it was Bank Holiday weekend ? paul the manager went over and beyond to help me the customer service I received was well over 5 ? I can't thank him enough iv never known somebody go out of there way so much paul and his team were amazing you have gained a customer for life because ill NEVER GO ANYWERE ELSE thankyou for everything i love my flooring and carpets xxxx

Bought an expensive stair carpet a few years ago with 20 years guarantee which faded after two years even though it was polypropylene. Complained and they refused to help or do anything at all. Passed the buck to the manufacturer who also was useless. Just ripped it up & cloud 9 underlay which I bought is only on 6 steps with cheap unbranded stuff on the other 7. The gripper rods which I paid for are also off cuts off other jobs instead of a full length. One step kept coming loose when it was first laid which they came out for and now I know why.

For service as it should be if you can find any better than Karpetmills you are a very lucky person. Our experience with this company was 10 out of 10 and should I ever have need in this field again I won't even bother looking around anywhere else. These are the very best !!

Lovely shopping experience loads of different carpets with an excellent range of prices only downside is the fitters are lazy he wouldn't carpet my second bedroom because of the American fridge freezer he wanted to cut the carpet around the fridge freezer even though I offered to lift the fridge freezer so he could side the carpet under

Took in my own sizes and the staff were very helpful in helping me find the right carpet to suit my style and in my price range. Fast turnaround from sale to fitting. The new carpet was installed perfectly in just a few hours. Would recommend this company 100%
