The staff were friendly and helpful. I was disappointed having to wait 4 hours to get new brakes however. It seems you were down a technician and the time I was told of how long my car would be was not accurate. Also when I asked if the rubbing sound was sorted having new brake pads fitted I was told they ?couldn?t guarantee that was the issue.? Not very reassuring and now I won?t guarantee if I will be back.

Had a problem with valve on my daughters car late Sunday afternoon went to quick fit Durham Rd to have it replaced, not expecting much chance but the fitter was brilliant and saved the day.Thank you.
