Took my car in on Friday they looked at it told me I needed a new exhaust so ordered it to bring my car in on Saturday so I did took my old exhaust off and started to put new one on only to find out were send wrong parts so told me they could not Finnish car till Monday and for me to get taxi home the thing with that it would cost me £100 return

Connor got me a tyre fitted last minute after it had just failed MOT due to wires showing. Spot on bloke. Got it sorted in 30 mins.

I have a lease car and Kwik Fit are the company of choice for anything tyres or MOT related. Today my lease car is due to go back but failed its most recent MOT, after being passed from one person to the next and being told many different things I rang Kwik Fit and spoke to the manager Connor and he literally went above and beyond to help me, from having tyres sent by taxi to the branch as they didn?t have any in stock to explaining everything to me and phoning numerous people to get them as soon as he could. Connor has exceptional leadership skills with his team, and is very knowledgeable, he manages the branch (from what I?ve seen) effectively and efficiently. He treat me with compassion around my circumstances and was very sincere and supportive. He is an asset to the Kwik Fit family. Thank you ??

Called in 21.02.24 at approx 17.00 place was empty one vehicle on ramps asked to look and give advice said no chance were to busy and no staff available explained it was a lump on tyre and said no problem it will be ok without looking took it to another garage and changed it asap was not road worthy this place has gone down hill big time not recomended do not use

Had 3 tires changed due to being worn and an unrepairable puncture.Dealt with Vince and Connor.Very professional and knowledgeable. Was in and out in no time.Will return and highly recommend.

I was happy with the availability of appointments at this branch and the convenient location close to home.The work was done efficiently and in a professional manner and completed without any undue delays.I was informed in advance of any potential extra costs and other work that could be carried out, such as balance and alignment checks.I was treated with respect and in a friendly manner throughout the appointment.I would be happy to return again.

After having my car serviced at another garage I noticed the underneath was hanging off. I called into Kwik Fit and was helped by Vince. He looked over the car and told me he would take the underneath off to make it safe and advised me to go back to the garage. He then said it was worse than he thought and put it up on the hoist to take a better look. Vince worked on the car for around 30 mins fixed it and make it safe again and when I asked how much I owed he said nothing but I asked again he said ?£10 for the lads pot?. I couldn?t thank Vince enough for helping me and for being so kind. He also gave my daughter a chocolate chip cookie. 5 star service. Thanks Vince ?
