Shop is ok but zero customer service when you want to pay. Member of staff barked ?cash or card? then sent me to the self service tills. Not normally a problem but the Matalan ones must be the worst to use from a customer point of view. All the equipment looks like it?s just been turned round from when real people served you so not great to use if you aren?t able to reach over. Not enough space to put stuff and you need to remove security tags yourself.

Great service. I had ordered via click and collect. As one item wasnt suitable I returned at till and refund was sorted straight away.
