Great store for clothing, wide range for everyone. I usually have a really good experience in this store but when I last visited to return some clothing I had got from Next Direct the Sales Assistant was not at all helpful, he had no idea how to work the Next App when he asked me for my invoice number, he had no idea how to fix the problem smoothly, he made me feel like I had done something wrong when I hadn't actually done anything but return clothes I didn't want, he took forever to process the return and packed everything slowly, I was stood waiting on him for 15 mins in silence, he never made conversation with me or made eye contact. Overall I was disappointed in my experience but that was maybe a one off or the sales assistant was having an off day so I'll still be using the store.

Wanted to try a pair of shoes but the only staff I could find to get my size started arguing about how neither of them could serve me. So I ended up walking out. It's no wonder Internet shopping is so popular if this is the service you get.

Trying to buy a shirt and My son was running wild struggles in crowded busy places as he is diagnosed with autism. 1 lady came out of her way to help me pick shirt then shortly changed her attention to Leon my son and another lady came and helped allowing him to put all the shirts away keep him occupied. Not all heroâ??s wear capes ð??. This situation we would usually walk out and go home without a shirt. Made my day this
